We are subject to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) as our supervisory authority under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us:
- Contact form submissions: Name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Quiz submissions: Email address (optional — only if you choose to submit it to receive your quiz result).
- Analytics data: Anonymised usage data (page views, general geographic region, browser type) — only if you have consented to analytics cookies.
We do not collect payment data, sensitive personal data, or data about children. We do not use automated profiling or decision-making.

4. How we use your data
Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing. Quiz email addresses are used only to deliver the result you requested. We do not add you to any mailing list without separate explicit consent.
5. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted unless we have a legal obligation to retain them longer. Quiz submissions (email only) are deleted within 30 days of delivery of your result. Anonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months in aggregate form.
6. Sharing of data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not share contact form data with third parties except where required by Dutch law. Analytics data, if collected, may be processed by a third-party analytics provider acting as a data processor under a data processing agreement.
7. Your rights under GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request deletion of your data where the legal basis no longer applies.
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint: You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
