Refund & cancellation terms

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled publication date for a full refund. After that window, the placement fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome. Once a review is published, no refunds are issued under any circumstances. There is no subscription or recurring billing.

All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. Payment terms are communicated on booking confirmation.
